Meet IBV’s Sales Team
Meet our sales team who represent IBV to our partners while they safeguard our partners’ interests within the company, under the direction of József Horváth.
While our area sales managers are out in the field to find potential partners based on certain criteria, the sales managers do their best to take care of current partners and comply with their requirements to increase IBV’s sales numbers. Their goal is to build a strong and trustworthy relationship with our partners via continuous contact, solving their issues and satisfying their needs. Either they help find the most favourable offer based on project partners’ specifications or strive to develop new products with existing partners via continuous technical assistance and liaison. They also provide partners with preliminary information on upcoming novelties. In order to succeed, they need to have a thorough understanding of IBV-s product portfolio, technical parameters and replacement components.
Our desk team take on responsibility after order placement. They represent the operative sales functions within the company, their role is to support strategic sales with administration behind orders, invoicing and transportation. Daily communication within the team is a must: all members are dedicated to individual partners and handle their unique requirements. While it is crucial to have each other’s’ backs in the office, common programming outside the organization help build strong co-operation skills that come in handy during working hours.
There is great synergy between the two teams: they work closely with each other to achieve customer satisfaction, pre-eminently in case of non-standard claims. They co-operate with other teams within the company: technical department, production and logistics. Often, they must think out of the box to find the best solution for all parties. Together they help IBV largely to achieve the company’s business goals.
